If ever a reason for me to cry, today offered some. Among other things, it is a time of transition & as well a time which brought the realities of life back. I have a mixture of excitement & sadness as I return. It is approximately a 50 hour trip. Given the tiredness from having a larger role than ever at a conference (faci teamleader) I am overwhelmed by some of the things going on, I will post about some of the things, including my conference experience, once I get more personal time

I LOVE THE MC!

It is currently 5am, I am up working on conference sessions & said one of the saddest things ever "when I pack tomorrow, do I pack to go to the conference, or to go home?"

Also wanted to say that I love my MC (that's you guys in Canada, these guys over here are pretty cool too) . During NPM (Pakistan) I said that the reason I love my MC is not only because they work so hard & with so much passion, but because they do it all to benefit many others. Yes it's true that they get a salary, but they end up putting in like 12 hours a day, & the salary barely covers cost of living. And on top of everything they have to constantly hear from the local about what they are not doing, or what else they can do, they so rarely hear about how good of a job they are doing, or get less emails at a time when they are busy with International, BOD & MC work at the same time.

These words became SO much stronger because of this CEED experiance, which is coming to an end, I am setting up an auto response for the first time as I will be at conference & then in transit.

A couple of really exciting things happened recently:

1) I get to have a phone call with Shirley Ma! I am SO excited about this, I haven't talked to her in SO long, I know that I am going to be so happy to hear her voice that i'll forget what I want to say so i'm writing down somethings!

2) I had my CEED evaluation done, it went well & was very reflective of my entire time here. At the end of it I found out I am the Faci teamleader for JNC!!!!!!!
